ELOISE DU PLOOY

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - B.OCC.THER (UP 2012)

I am an Occupational Therapist with a dual field of interest, namely Vocational Rehabilitation and Paediatrics. I completed my studies at the University of Pretoria. In pursuit of professional development, I completed short courses in the field of vocational rehabilitation with regard to WorkWell Functional Capacity Assessment, ErgoScience Functional Capacity Assessment as well as the Tania Campbell training for Functional Capacity Evaluation. I have worked in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 2014 during which time I performed Medico-legal Evaluations, Functional Capacity Evaluations as well as Return to Work planning and implementation.


I further obtained my Sensory Integration qualification from SAISI. I completed the introductory course for Neuro Developmental Therapy (NDT). I have experience working with paediatric patients between the ages of 5 months and 12 years. I have a particular interest in sensory processing difficulties and developmental delays. I have been in private practice from 2014. I strongly believes in evidence based practice and therefore I uphold professional development requirements. I believe in ethical testing as well as concise and objective reporting. Patient care and high quality service is of the utmost importance.

ALEXA WOZNICA

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - BSC.OCC.THER (UCT 2002)

I am a qualified Occupational Therapist working, since 2013, in the medico-legal and personal injury fields as well as carrying out functional capacity evaluations. I completed my training at the University of Cape Town and I am experienced in the use of both WorkWell (advanced) and ErgoScience Functional Capacity Assessments. This enables me to perform comprehensive evaluations and provide objective and superior quality reports. Prior to venturing in this field of work, I practiced clinically in Johannesburg and London focusing on paediatrics, social services and mental health. 
I believe that Occupational Therapy is a vital component of a successful patient outcome.  I continue to further my expertise and to this end, I endeavor to provide skilled, attentive care with the highest ethical standards.

RUTH EISER

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - BSC.OCC.THER (UCT 2003)

I am a qualified Occupational Therapist with 7 years of experience with special interest in the field of medico-legal, personal injury and functional capacity evaluations. I completed my studies at the University of Cape Town with additional qualifications such as the WorkWell Functional Capacity Assessment (advanced). I have international clinical experience working in London for almost 3 years where I was mainly based in Social Services. I gained valuable experience in home based assessments, issuing out assistive devices and recommending minor and major adaptations. I have been based in Gauteng for the past 7 years furthering my knowledge. My main objective is to provide clients with superior service by providing them with extensive evaluations and reports of the highest quality. I am committed to Continue Professional Development.
